At House of Namaera, every piece is thoughtfully designed and crafted with care. Here is everything you need to know about our Exchange and Return policy. 

 

 

EXCHANGE

* We offer one-time exchange on a product purchased from us and we do not offer any refunds.
* Exchange requests must be raised within 3 working days of delivery.

* Our team will get back to you within 1–2 business days.
* Once your exchange is approved, the product must be shipped back to us. Reverse shipping costs will be borne by the customer. We will take care of sending back the exchange piece at our cost.
•Exchange is subject to product availability.

Conditions for Exchange

•The product must: Be unused and in original condition.
* Have all tags, packaging and accessories intact.
* Not have any stains, scratches, or dents
* Be in a saleable condition.
* Match the product and order details in our records.
* We reserve the right to reject an exchange if the product does not meet these conditions.

 

 

RETURNS

* We accept returns within India only.
* Return requests must be raised within 3 days of delivery.
* Approved returns will be issued as store credit valid for one year from date of purchase. No refunds will be made to the original payment method.
* Return pickup will to be arranged by the customer.
* A product can be returned only once.
* Store credit will be issued once per order.
* Products purchased using store credit are not eligible for return or exchange.

DAMAGED / INCORRECT PRODUCTS

In the unlikely event that you receive:
* An incorrect product that does not match your order, or
* A product with a genuine manufacturing or quality defect,
•Please contact us within 3 working days of delivery with photos/videos of the product.
* Once verified and approved by our team, we will arrange a replacement or exchange for the same product, subject to availability.

 

 

CANCELLATIONS

  • * Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order.
    * Cancellations are eligible for store credit only.
    * No refunds will be made to the original payment method.

 

CUSTOMIZED PIECES

  • •Please note customized pieces are not available for return or exchange.
