Shipping Timelines

• In-Stock Pieces: If the piece you’ve ordered is already available with us, we can ship it on the next working day upon request.
  
• Standard Shipping (Made-to-Order): Please allow 18–20 working days for your order to be shipped.
  
• Special Collections: Some products may take longer. For these, the specific shipping timelines will be mentioned clearly on the product page—so do take a quick look before ordering.
  
• Pre-Orders: For items from upcoming collections, please refer to the collection release and delivery dates mentioned in the product details.

Delivery Timelines

Once your order has been shipped, the estimated delivery time is 2–4 working days for most locations.
