At House of Namaera, every piece is designed with love and detail, and we truly hope it becomes something you cherish. That said, we understand that sometimes things may not go as expected. If you ever face an issue, we’ll do our best to make it right—while keeping the process smooth and fair for both of us.

 

A Note on Returns

Since each of our pieces is handcrafted with care, we don’t offer returns as a standard policy. However, in certain genuine cases, we’re happy to consider an exchange at our discretion.

 

1. Shipping Damage

If your order has been hampered or damaged in transit, please:

  • Notify us by email at hello@houseofnamaera.com within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Share a 360° video of unboxing the product (uncut and unedited) recorded within 48 hours of receiving the product, so we can clearly assess the concern. Please note, this is mandatory without which we will not be able to entertain any exchange requests.
  • Return the item to our warehouse within 7 days of delivery.

Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll repair or replace it and courier it back to you.

Please note: The courier cost of sending the product back is borne by the customer. We’ll take care of expenses after the repair/replacement and for shipping it back to you.

 

2. Manufacturing Defect

We maintain the highest standards of quality, but if there’s ever a defect that slips through on our end:

  • Email us at hello@houseofnamaera.com within 48 hours of receiving your order, along with a 360° video of unboxing, highlighting the issue.
  • Once the product reaches us, our team will do a quality check. If the concern is genuinely from our side, we’ll replace or exchange the item for you.

3. Sending Back Items

  • Please write to us first at hello@houseofnamaera.com with your name, order number, and reason before shipping anything back.
  • Make sure the item is securely packed to avoid damage during transit.
  • We recommend using a registered and signed-for courier service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.
